1    The aluminum lid must be removed from the foil container before use

2   The meal should cover most of the floor of the container

3   Place the aluminum container in the middle of the microwave oven

4    The aluminum dish must not come into the contact with the walls of the

     microwave oven

5   Only one piece aluminum contanier may be used in the microwave oven

      at a time .
